Crossing Over: ADULTS READ YA!

Acclaimed authors Emily Lloyd Jones and Ginny Rorby will bring their best exemplars of the popular genre. Professional actress Linda Pack will read from their selections, and also from NEA Big Read selection Pretty Monsters by Kelly Link (on the reading lists for Gallery Bookshop’s Teen Book Club and Open Book Club this month.) A lively discussion will ensue with the audience, of the whys and the hows of each. Find out why everyone should be reading YA, what the pros are reading, and what you might be missing.

Presented as part of the NEA Big Read in cooperation with Mendocino County Public Libraries and the National Endowment for the Arts.
