We also need to know what state you are in (geographically speaking), in order that we may quote you a total price -- there is no tax on items shipped out of California. A Gallery Bookshop staff member will notify you with the availability and total price and/or will contact you to confirm your order.

Gallery Bookshop will be happy to locate and provide to you any title currently in print in the USA. And if it's not in print, we'll try to find it for you using our Out Of Print service.
